On the evening of 21st June 2019, Russell operated a WHHR members special from Porthmadog (WHHR) station to Beddgelert, using WHHR air-braked stock. Here it crosses the Afon Glaslyn as it leaves the Aberglaslyn Pass on the final part of the climb to Beddgelert.
