On 25th May 2019, the first day of the Cotswold Festival of Steam, Caledonian Railway 0-4-4T No. 419 shunts a demonstration goods train at Winchcombe. Due to mechanical problems, the locomotive spent most of the three day gala on shunting duties and only operated one passenger train.
