On the 29th September 2018, during another weekend of ECML diversions via the Tyne Valley, LNER Class 43 No. 43238 "National Railway Museum, 40 Years 1975-2015", is seen approaching Haltwhistle station with: the 09.52 service from Aberdeen to London King's Cross.
Classmate No. 43208 "The Lincolnshire Echo" was at the rear of this train.
