The Railway Preservation Society of Irelands Munster Double railtour of 14th October 2017 was said to be the first time two 071 class locomotives had worked in multiple. The tour was worked throughout by retro-liveried No. 071 and No. 073, and originated in Dublin, taking in Cork and Killarney on the way to Tralee the locomotives are seen here running round at Cork.
