The Cathedrals Express passes the Barton Mill sidings after running through Basingstoke station on 31st May 2017, being hauled by LNER A3 Class Pacific No. 60103 "Flying Scotsman". The 12 carriage consist was supported by Class 47 No. 47746 "Chris Fudge 29.7.70-22.6.10" on the rear.
