Grand Central HST set, with Class 43/4s No. 43484 leading and 43468 at the rear, arrives at Pelaw Goods Loops on 11th May 2017, with the ecs from Sunderland before returning to Sunderland for the next service to London King's Cross. Either Pelaw Goods Loop (north of Sunderland) or sidings at Ryhope Grange Junction (south of Sunderland) is used as short term stabling to free paths through Sunderland station between arriving from and departing to King's Cross.
