On the 10th December 2016, a pair of Transnet / PRASA Class 6E1's, Nos. E1597 and E1950, the latter in PRASA livery, are seen approaching Wellington in the Western Cape, with the overnight Shosholoza Meyl express, from Queenstown, in the Eastern Cape, to Cape Town.
