Ex-GWR Class 4200 2-8-0T No. 4247 is seen approaching the A351 road bridge approx 1 mile west of Norden working the 17:25 departure from River Frome to Swanage on 8th April 2016, the first day of the Swanage Railway Spring Steam Gala. This loco was visiting from the Bodmin and Wenford Railway however, due to gauging issues at Corfe Castle and Harmans Cross this service the loco seen working here was the only one where it could work through to Swanage.
