LNER A1 Class Pacific No. 60163 'Tornado' is seen shortly after passing through Seaton Junction on 2nd April 2016, with 'The Devon Belle' charter from Waterloo to Exeter. With a load of 13 coaches and no diesel assistance, the locomotive appears to be making light work of the climb towards Honiton Tunnel.
