In the summer of 1963, LSWR O2 Class 0-4-4T No. 18 Ningwood departs Ryde St Johns Road with a train from Ryde Pier Head to Ventnor.
The locomotive, built in 1892, was transferred to the Isle of Wightin 1930 and was withdrawn in 1966, one year before the end of steam on the island lines.
