The Ribble Steam Railway held a Diesel Gala over the 3rd/4th October 2015 when Class 14s Nos. D9537 and D9539 operated a shuttle with the prototype DELTIC. After the run the trio were shunted into the Riversway siding from where No. D9537 detached to collect the stock for the next service. All three are pictured at Preston Riverside station on 3rd October 2015.
