On the 30th September 2015 XC HST Power Car No. 43321 is at the rear of a VTEC service to Dundee at Edinburgh Waverley. All services to Aberdeen were having to be terminated at Dundee due to a derailment the original set forming the 07:10 from Leeds being replaced by a hired XC set with the original VTEC HST leaving empty stock to Craigentinny.
