Built at BREL Crewe Works in 1974 Class 87 No. 87032 'Kenilworth' spent over 30 years operating on WCML services. In this view taken on 29th July 1986 she has just left Glasgow Central Station and is seen en route to the stabling sidings on the south side of the River Clyde. Replaced by Class 390 PendoliNos. No. 87032 was withdrawn in October 2004 and after 6 years in store was eventually scrapped at EMR Kingsbury during November 2010.
