The Cathedrals Express returning from Weymouth to London Waterloo on 9th July 2015 is seen at Poole headed by Class 37/7 No. 37706, with Class 47/7 No. 47760 at the rear. This annual 'End of Southern Steam' special was left without suitable motive power after the booked locomotive B1 Class 4-6-0 No. 61306 'Mayflower' failed the day before and the nearest alternative 34067 'Tangmere' could not be made available in time.
