LNER Thompson Class B1 4-6-0 No. 61264 is seen in a bay platform at Nottingham Victoria on 7th April 1964, waiting its next duty. No. 61264 was withdrawn in December 1965 from Colwick depot, but then used as a mobile boiler for heating coaches until July 1967. Sent to Barry Docks No. 61264 was rescued in 1976 and was restored to working condition at the Great Central Railway over the following 21 years. In 2015 No. 61264 has completed a second restoration in preservation and works at the NYMR.
