First Great Western Class 158 Express Sprinter No. 158953 departs from Yate on 5th June 2014, with the 14:50 Great Malvern to Weymouth. In the background is the former goods shed, built in 1844. Yate station was closed to passengers in January 1965 under the Beeching Axe, but reopened again in May 1989.
