Looking north the scene on what will surely become the hub of East Coast operations through Peterborough station is shown on 25th December 2013 while work continues ahead of its reopening on 28th December 2013. The running lines are from the right up fast, down fast and down slow. On the up fast is the face of the new Platform 3 and the original Platform 4 is still on the down slow.
