Looking north, on the right are platforms 1 & 2 at Peterborough station with the up and down fast lines on the left. They are shown on Christmas Day 2013 ahead of the reopening on 28th December 2013. Platform 1 is renumbered from platform 2. The bay platform previously platform 1 has been removed. The now extended platform 2 was previously known as platform 3 and ending close to the footbridge can be seen the new platform 3 served by the up fast line.
