Capturing both ends of the locomotive overhaul process, BR black-liveried 'Flying Pig' No. 43106 stands in the yard at Bridgnorth on 5th October now ready for service after some intermediate maintenance work, while behind it stands BR Black-liveried 'Black 5' No. 45110 which is at the other end of the process, now currently out of service. Both locomotives are long stalwarts of the Severn Valley, having run longer with the SVR than BR.
