On 2nd October 2013, following the failure of the air brake pump on LMS Coronation Class Pacific No. 46233 Duchess of Sutherland at the recent Severn Valley Railway Autumn Gala, a repaired pump is being tested, mounted off the engine on an adjoining bolster wagon, at West Shed, Ripley.
