The ubiquitous Saltire livery is being applied to all ScotRail multiple unit train sets, including those currently bearing the Strathclyde Passenger Transport [SPT] livery of carmine and cream. On 17th June 2013 SPT Class 170 unit No. 170471 enters Dalmeny coupled to ScotRail unit No. 170409 as they work a Glenrothes - Newcraighall commuter service.
