Much of the steelwork is now in place for the new Network Rail Signalling and Training Centre adjacent to York Station. The signalling centre will eventually control the ECML from King's Cross to the Scottish border. The progress of the building work can be seen in this shot taken on 15th April 2013, as Trans Pennine Express Class 185 No. 185131 departs with the 09:26 service to Manchester Airport.
