GW 0-6-0PT No. 9466, visiting the GCR for the Autumn Steam Gala, passes Swithland Sidings on 4th October 2012, hauling a rake of maroon coaches. The Swithland signal box has been recently commissioned, offering new operational opportunities for the GCR which are to be exploited at the Gala for the first time.
