In a more unusual working, the DTG's Class 42 'Warship' D821 'Greyhound' was called upon to work the 'Severn Valley Limited' dining train on 9th September 2012 due to the failure of rostered 2-8-0 steam locomotive No. 2857. No. D821 is seen having run round and waiting to depart at 14:15 back to Kidderminster.
