Each fortnight on a Friday the Network Rail New Measurement Train visits south Wales and this image shows it about to pass through Severn Tunnel Junction on 7th September 2012 while working 1Z20, 10:09 Swansea to Derby RC. After passing through the station it will leave Wales through the eponymous tunnel, the lines to the left of this image are to / from Gloucester.
