CN Boxcab electrics No's. 6711 and 6713 have arrived at Val Royal with the 16:30 Montreal Central to Val Royal commuter service on Thursday 14th May 1992. This line, via Mount Royal Tunnel, was opened in 1918 and was electrified at 2400V d.c. Built by GE in Canada between 1914 and 1916, these locos operated for over 76 years until the line was rebuilt to 25kV a.c in 1995.
