Irish Rail DMU 2702 pauses at Ennis in County Clare with a Galway to Limerick working on the western rail corridor. The Galway-Ennis section was reopened in 2010 and has six return workings each day along the route. Current loadings are low with rail timings being much longer than by road using the (uncompleted) motorway.
