'The Thames Taff' was the name given by UK Railtours to its excursion from London to Machen and Cwmbargoed on 22nd May 2011. This view shows No. 66020 leading 1Z65, 08.45 Paddington to Cardiff after visiting Machen, is seen crossing the River Ebbw at Basseleg, near Newport.
