The penultimate day of Steam Dreams 'The Cathedrals Explorer' tour of mainland Britain, brought the excursion into Wales. On 12th May 2011, LMS Black 5s No. 45407 and 44871 work 14.37 Chester to Carmarthen charter through Berthddu (near Llanwrtyd Wells) on the Heart of Wales line. Both locomotives were work-stained and looked the better for it!.
