Taken from the only legal viewpoint available, GE Dash 9-40CW No. 9691 of Norfolk Southern was the centre loco of a line of 5 similar locos on 7th October 2010 at Sayre PA. All 5 were at the head of a northbound rake of coal hoppers. In front of it is 9350 and 9220 leading all locos of similar class. The front 2 were under power.
