Railway Herald
The third railtour along the Heart of Wales line in 2010 was organised by Compass Railtours on 27th March 2010 and was the first of the year to run southbound. Having started in Preston and picked-up at a number of stations en-route a brief stop was taken at Llandrindod Wells before continuing through Llandeilo, where we see DBS No. 66186 at the head of the train, to Cardiff Central for a break of a couple of hours. A more direct route was taken for the return journey.
