On Saturday 6th March 2010 Pathfinder railtours ran an excursion with the name 'The Heart of Wales Wanderer' from Eastleigh (departing at 05.20) to Llandrindod Wells where a well earned break was allowed for participants to stretch their legs, get some fresh air and look around the beautiful Victorian spa town. DBS Class 66 numbered No. 66031 is seen rolling into Llandrindod Wells on time at the head of the 12 coach train.
