37422 having uncoupled from its short rake of wagons then moved across the main lines and into Bescot TMD yard, where it is seen coming to a stop. 37422 previously carried the name 'Robert F Fairlie' when it was also painted in Regional Railways livery, it was then employed on passenger workings in the north west and north wales. The plates were removed when the loco was taken out of traffic in 1999. Previous to that it had worked in Railfreight livery and had earlier been based in Scotland where it was painted in the popular'large logo' blue. 37422 was named 'Cardiff Canton' in 2003 following a major overhaul.
