Spoornet Class 18E no. 18-121 resides at the south end of Beaconsfield (Electric) Depot on the 6th August 2007. Class 18E's are rebuilt, and re-engineered Class 6E1 locos. Amongst other things, the rebuild involved installing a toilet in the no.1 cab for female crews, and the replacement of the original windscreens with Perspex screens. They can often be seen in the Kimberley area 6-strong heading heavy ore trains to the west.
