After at least 13 years since her last repaint, Class 6E1 (Series 6) No. E1670 looks to be in mint condition as she rests alongside Beaconsfield Depot Workshop on 6th August 2007. These, and all other Class 5E variants (inc. Class 18E) were built by Union Carriage & Wagon at Nigel, South Africa.
