West Coast Rail Company's Class 57 No 57601 in an unusual maroon livery speeds southbound through Bescot with a southbound charter working to Reading, the stock consisting of restored Intercity Mark 2&3 coaches in original BR Blue & Grey. Prior to conversion, 57601 was previously an Intercity Cross Country loco No 47825 and carried the name 'Thomas Telford'. 2nd February 2008.
