Ex-NIR 2-6-4T 'Jeep' No. 4 stands at Dublin Connolly having just arrived from Athenry with RPSI's Shannon Railtour on 15th May 1988. The locomotive was designed by Ivatt and built at Derby Works in 1947. It was arguably the last steam locomotive to work outside of preservation in the British Isles having been retired in 1970.
