Following the failure of GWR Castle No. 5043 'Earl of Mount Edgcombe' at Carlisle with a hot box, Class 47 No. 47773 was sent from Carnforth to Carlisle to collect the train and complete its itinerary via the Cumbrian Coast back to Tyseley. As the sun sets on a glorious autumn day on 19th September 2015, No. 47773 crosses Arnside viaduct, 92 minutes late, with the 14:07 Carlisle - Tyseley. Good running and the omission of a locomotive change at Carnforth meant the tour arrived back at Tyseley on time.
