Belgian Class 11 loco No. 1191, travels light at Brussels Mid. These Locos were constructed between 1985-1986 and only had a maximum speed of 87 Mph. They were painted in Dutch livery to match the rolling stock that they hauled. withdrawn from service in late 2012, seen on 15th June 2009.
