A private charter was operated by the Preserved Locomotives Enthusiasts Group (PLEG) + Branch Line Society (BLS) on 6th March 2015 at the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway using all the lines diesel traction. Class 20 No. 20214 prepares to stop at Newby Bridge while en route from Lakeside to Haverthwaite during its round trip working of the day.
