Making its first main line test run following overhaul BR blue-liveried Class 50 No. 50007 Hercules is seen powering working 6E07, 0859 Washwood Heath Met. Cammell to Boston Docks as it passes Wetmore, Burton-on-Trent on a glorious Saturday 17th May 2014. Coupled immediately behind No. 50007 is Colas Class 56 No. 56105 (to be given a test run on the return working) while trailing at the rear of the train, which consisted of ten empty covered steel carriers, is Colas Class 47/7 No. 47739 Robin of Templecombe 1938-2013 that had been provided for insurance. In the background a quantity of redundant former Rail Express Systems parcels vans can be seen awaiting disposal and parts recovery in the sidings of the Nemesis Rail Depot.
