Class 350 No. 350108 was involved in an accident when it collided with a fallen tree between Stoke-on-Trent and Stockport when it was on crew training shortly after the Class 350's were introduced and 2 vehicles from the set had to be returned to Germany for rectification. Ever since it has been misformed and still remains so as it approaches Stafford on LM's 12:36 Birmingham New St-Liverpool on 3rd January 2014.
