Standing in for the unavailable Battle of Britain class Pacific No. 34067 'Tangmere', Stanier LMS Black 5 4-6-0 No. 44932 becomes the first steam locomotive to work a northbound mainline charter through Imberhorne Cutting, on the Bluebell Railways recently opened East Grinstead extension, with the return of Railway Touring Company's 'The Bluebell Explorer' from Sheffield Park to London Victoria, via Oxted and Uckfield, on 9th November 2013. Bulleid Rebuilt West Country class Pacific No. 34046 'Braunton' had led the inbound working and was on the rear of the train.
