During 1996 'Great Western' unveiled its new livery which was applied to the region's HST fleet and was known as the 'Merlin' livery. Here at Bristol Temple Meads, HST powercar, No. 43183 gleams in the new livery, while on public display with a shortened coaching stock set, also in the same livery. Photographed during September 1996.
