Metrolink M5000 tram No. 3055 prepares to leave East Didsbury Metrolink tram stop with the very first public service to Rochdale via Oldham at 05.49 on Thursday 23rd May 2013 the opening day of Metrolinks South Manchester line. About 60 passengers were on the first tram including reporters, local councillors and a large contingent of TFGM personnel.
