Devon and Cornwall Railways Class 56/3 No. 56311 is pictured emitting an excessive amount of exhaust as it crosses over from the up goods line to the down main line at Wetmore, Burton-on-Trent shortly after departure from the Nemesis Rail Depot on Thursday 17th January 2013 with special working 0Z56, 11:53 Burton Nemesis to Washwood Heath. This movement involved the transfer of classmates No's. 56051, 56018 and 56060 from the Nemesis Rail Depot at Burton-on-Trent to Washwood Heath, where it is expected they will be overhauled and eventually returned to traffic. This movement was originally scheduled for the previous day but late-running of a Kingsbury to Burton move involving the transfer of No. 56038 to Nemesis Rail resulted in the transfer of the three ex-Fertis locos also being delayed.
