The Wells and Walsingham light railway is situated along the North Norfolk coast at the small town of Wells-Next-The-Sea. The railway runs between Wells and Walsingham, some 4 miles apart, making it the world's longest 10 1/4" miniature gauge railway. Apart from the two mighty "Garratt" locomotives, No. 3 "Norfolk Hero" and No. 6 "Norfolk Heroine", the railway also operates this small 0-6-0 diesel hydraulic loco, No. 2 "Weasel". It was built by Alan Keef in 1985 and is photographed at the delightful station of Wells-Next-The-Sea on 25th August 2012.
