In a brave attempt to provide modern trams, Leeds Corporation introduced No.602 in 1953, perhaps too little too late as the writing was already on the wall for the Leeds Tram system. Post war Glasgow tram No. 1297 of 1948 is to the rear right. Both trams are pictured in the Exhibition Hall at Crich Tramway Museum on 1st July 2012.
