Hudswell Clarke 0-6-0 ST No. 1700 ‘Wissington’ is seen here under restoration in the shed at Weybourne. Built in 1938 for the British Sugar Corporation at Wissington in Norfolk, it spent its life hauling beet and other such produce, until finally retired in 1978. After then spending 20 years on static display at Sheringham, it is planned to bring the locomotive back to running order.
