South-West Trains Class 444, No. 444022, passes over the level-crossing at Poole High Street, with a train for Weymouth on 17th August 2011. Those shoppers who do not wish to wait for the bariers to open use the footbridge, built by Ransomes & Napier, London, in 1872, which will soon be 140 years old - and it's still going strong.
